Alexander Studhalter, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Alexander StudhalterAlexander Studhalter has been in the international trustee, consultancy and real estate field for 20 years. As a Board member, he has a wealth of experience in company management in and outside Switzerland, in the development and management of international company structures and in assisting and representing families in and outside Switzerland (family office) incl. their relation to Switzerland, in succession planning as well as in advising them in international taxation matters.
Through his group of companies in his position of Board Chairman, Alexander Studhalter is a member of the SVIT (Swiss Real Estate Association) and the SAAM (Swiss Association of Asset Managers). He is a registered auditor in accordance with the regulation of the Federal Auditing Authority and is a subordinate member of the self-regulating organizations for the combating of money laundering in the finance sector.

Pavel Semenyuta-Entin, founding partner, Chief Investment Officer, Head of Investment Committee

Pavel SemenyutaPrior to joining Lakeshore International, Pavel Semenyuta was Managing Director of the Russian Investment Club, Moscow and a member of the Risk Management committee. Previously he was Head of Finance of the Russian state monopoly alcohol producer Rosspirtrom, and, in his position as CFO and COO, developed the Aquarius Group into the largest producer of IT hardware in Russia. He has also held the positions of Director of Alon East Ltd. (Netherlands) and CFO in the consumer electronics retail group PARTYA. He graduated from Moscow University of Consumer Cooperatives with a Master of Economic Science in 1997, followed by a Ph.D. in Economics in 2000.

Christoph Portmann, partner, member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board

Christoph Portmann Christoph Portmann has 19 years experience in advising international clientele in Wealth Management.  Before joining Lakeshore International he headed up the Eastern European Private Banking team after joining Schroders & Co Bank AG, Zurich in 2005.  Prior to this he was Head of Sales for Derivative & Structured Products for Bank Vontobel AG before he joined the Private Banking team in 1997. Christoph Portman is a qualified banker having graduated from the Swiss Banking School Executive Program in 2000. He is also an experienced trader in futures & options. Since 2000 he is in the foundation board of the pension fund of the city of Lucerne.
